Tomato Candy Salad

for two to three servings
1 pkg / SWEET SMALL TOMATO such as cherry tomato
for dressing
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL to taste
WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR to taste
SEA SALT to taste
- Wash and score crosswise at the bottom.
- Bring water to a boil and cook for 1 min.
- Immediately place in ice water.
- Peel skin.
- Serve chilled with accompanying dressing.
