Skewered Steak and Onion

for two servings (4 skewers)

1/2 lb / SKIRT STEAK
1 / MEDIUM RED ONION

SALT and PEPPER
OLIVE OIL for cooking
4 SKEWERS


  1. Cut meat (room temperature) into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut onion into four wedges.
  3. Sandwich meat in between each layer and skewer. Drizzle with oil.
  4. Grill at 450°F (230°C) in the oven for about 5 min until it is cooked thoroughly.
