Fried Natto Rice

for two servings

2 cup / COOKED SHORT GRAIN RICE w/ or w/o 6 GRAIN MIX
1 pkg / NATTO
5 stalk / MEDIUM GREEN ONION
1/2 cup / DRIED BONITO FLAKES
1 tsp / SOY SAUCE

SALT and BLACK PEPPER to taste
SESAME OIL for cooking


  1. Heat up oil in a pan. Cook chopped green onion over medium heat until tender.
  2. Add rice and half of bonito flakes. Stir.
  3. Add soy sauce. Then salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Add natto and mix.
  5. Top with remaining bonito flakes and serve hot.
