Tuna Okura Natto Bowl

1 cup / COOKED SHORT GRAIN RICE w/ or w/o RICE MIX
about 3" (7.5 cm) block / SASHIMI GRADE TUNA
1 pkg / NATTO
2 piece / MEDIUM OKURA

SHORT GRAIN RICE to serve w/ or w/o 6 GRAIN MIX
WASABI and SOY SAUCE to taste
NORI (DRIED SEAWEED) to serve


  1. Slice tuna into small cubes.
  2. Cut Okura into thin slices.
  3. Combine tuna, okura, natto and soy sauce + wasabi mix in a bowl.
  4. Pour over rice. Top with thin stripes of nori.
